The Edward Orton Jr. Ceramic Foundation and The American Ceramic Society are teaming up once again to offer an online live course focused on the "Properties of Refractories". It begins on April 18 and runs for 17 sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. ET
Properties of Refractories - Course Description:
This course addresses most of the significant properties of refractories, both theoretically and experimentally. The lectures will emphasize microstructural-property relationships. The participants will also gain knowledge of common refractory testing techniques.
