AutoFire Kiln Controllers

Orton AutoFire programmable kiln controllers are designed to automate electric kiln and oven firings with precise temperature control and reliable performance. AutoFire controllers help manage ramp rates, hold times, and firing programs, making it easier to achieve repeatable firing results.

The AutoFire controller lineup includes the AutoFire Slide touchscreen controller, AutoFire 4000 12-button controller, and AutoFire 4X 3-button controller. Orton also offers remote monitoring software, stand-alone remote assemblies, and controller and kiln replacement parts such as thermocouples, relays, and power transformers.

Vent Master Kiln Vents

The Orton Vent Master kiln venting system is designed to help remove fumes from the workspace while supporting a cleaner and more consistent kiln environment. Vent Master downdraft venting helps ensure adequate oxygen inside the kiln for proper color development and can help improve temperature uniformity during firing.

Available Vent Master products include 110-volt and 230-volt Vent Master kits, replacement motor and housing assemblies, expansion kits for a second kiln, hose extension kits, and replacement gaskets for the collection cup.
